EX SSL-VPN: Blue screen reported on windows 7 Home edition when using Connect tunnel client along with Norton Internet security
WIndows 7 Home edition machines are reported with Blue screen issues when using connect tunnel client along with Norton Internet security 2010 software. The mini dump file on the windows system will relate this issue to ngvpn.sys.
Resolution or Workaround:
SonicWall has addressed this issue with a fix that will be available tentatively on 10.0.6 firmware. For customers who are experiancing this issue and in need of an immediate fix, please contact SonicWall support.
