Engineering have identfied that multiple stale apache process on the appliance were never getting timed out. As the default value were set as below:
This Caused in high utilization of physical memory and then forcing to utilize allocated swap memory. Engineering have provided global parameter and value to be passed on to the appliance for an aggressive value to terminate stale apache process.
The new values have been recommended as below:
Please contact SonicWall Support team for having this values to be pushed as global parameters on to the device(s).
Note: On applying such parameters restart of services are manditory.
