EX SSL-VPN: Active Sync Fails when Connecting from mobile device using Windows based phone / Windows 7 Phone or Phone using 64 bit encoded.
Problem Definition:ActiveSync is failing on Windows Phone / Windows 7 Phones with "error code 85010019
" or phones using 64 bit encoded. Resolution or Workaround:
This Issue occurs when the resource is defined as a https://test.example.com/Microsoft-Server-ActiveSync? on AMC.
Where https://test.example.com is the server where the Active Sync has been hosted and /Microsoft-Server-ActiveSync? is the path for the Active Sync configured on the server. To Resolve the issue define the resource as https://test.example.com with out the path to the Active Sync on the server.
When accessing the active sync the path Microsoft-Server-ActiveSync? will be automatically appended by the Aventail Device.
