This error indicates that the Public IPs in the"Allowed IP address" list on the Encryption settings page are not correct or are not properly replicated on the encryption server side. To fix the issue, ensure all the Public IPs used to send outbound email are configured to use the Encryption Service.
Login to Email security device as admin.
Go to the Encryption service page.
Scroll down to the "Allowed IP address" section.
Add one or all the IPs that will be used to send emails out of the network.
Click on " Apply Changes". How to Test Send a test message to an email address outside the network. NOTE: It can take up to 24 hrs to replicate changes to or additions of IP addresses to the Encryption Service.
