When trying to delete the SonicWall appliance from the application (SGMS) interface of analyzer, sometimes there is an error message "Error deleting the node from the SGMS Database" as shown below.The reason for the error message is, connectivity between web management of Analyzer and database is in progress and can't be interrupted.
Step 1: Restart the "SonicWall Universal Management Suite services" from the analyzer installed server.
Step 2: Login to the analyzer's appliance's interface as shown below in the screenshot. Step 3: Navigate to Deployment | Services and restart all the services.
