When a user tries to login through netextender sometimes the netextender shows that the Epc agent fails to install.
This may be because of the nac agent is removed from the device or is out dated. we can try few steps to resolve the this issue.

Click on check update and check whether the issue is resolved or not.
If the issue is still there we have further 2 options to do:
1. Uninstall the NAC agent from the control panel of your PC and redownload it from Https://x.x.x.x/NACAgent.exe ( without space) then click enter and a download will be
initiated automatically.


Open the file and install. Check if your issue is resolved if not then we are left with last option.
2. Rollback the version of EPC to its previous version and check if its resolved. To do so again navigate to SMA/End Point Control/Status.
Click on Revert to option to go back/rollback to previous version of EPC.
NOTE: Most of the customers were able to resolve this issue by doing the first step only.
