DESCRIPTION: Email Security: Marking emails when using dictionaries with filters
When using dictionaries (a valid compliance module license is needed) with filters, a filter can be set to inform you about which item in the dictionary had triggered the action for the filter to act on.
1) Go to the UI under Policy & Compliance > Filters and select the filter you would like to modify or create a new filter 2) Go to "Perform the following actions" 3) Select "Tag Subject with" 4) For the Tag, enter the string [%MATCHED_TERM%] 5) The string in the brackets will be replaced with the matching term found in the dictionary 6) Note that the brackets are optional and only being used to separate the term from the subject line 7) Then you can set the next action item like storing it in approval box etc.
*Note:Not all matching terms are substituted and listed for specified variable when more than one term is found.
