Resolution or Workaround:
To fix the issue you will have to disable http to https redirect from the CLI, than reconfigure the certificate and re-enable https and redirect to https.
Step 1.How to disable http to https redirect using CLI on Email security appliance/ Virtual appliance
Step 2.How to reconfigure certificate: ( only applicable to self-signed certificate)
Now to go Configure section and select New certificate for HTTPS radio button

NOTE: If you are using a third party trusted certificate than you will have to re-load that certificate or generate the CSR and re-issue the certificate and use that certificate to make https work
