Email Security: How to setup an outbound disclaimer

How to add a disclaimer to outbound emails using filters in Email Security.
Step 1: Log in as administrator and navigate to Manage | Policy & Compliance | Filters
Step 2: Click on the outbound tab, and then click on the "Add New Filter" button. See screenshot below.
Step 3: Ensure the "Enable this filter" option is checked. Change the drop down menu next to select to "Size of Message" and ensure the Matching drop down is set to "is greater than".
Step 4: Enter "0" (zero) into the "Size in KB" field.
Step 5: Change the Action drop down menu to "Append text to message" and then enter in the desired text into the message text box. See screen shot below.
Step 6: Fill in the filter name field and click "Save This Filter".
How to Test:
Send an email to an external domain and ensure the mail is routed out the Email Security software/appliance.
