Details:
Host Name: eslab.sonicwall.com
Description: An email leaving your organization was stopped
and instead put in the JunkBox.
Trigger Message:

To: <administrator@sonicwall.com>
Subject:
Received: Mon, 02 Feb 2010 17:15:21 -0500
TimeStamp:
LocalTime: Mon Feb 02 17:15:22 2010

-An email leaving your organization was stopped and instead put in SonicWall Email Security Junkbox. You can verify the email by following the below procedure:
1) Login to web UI
2) Go to Investigate | Junk Box |Outbound Tab, this page will display all the outbound emails which are junked by Email Security.
3) Please search for the email that got junk and look at the “Threat” to see why the email got junked.
If the Threat is “Policy”, then please click on the Subject line of the email and the message details will show which policy is caught that email as Junk.

- If the Threat is “Spam”, “Phishing”, then please contact SonicWall Support.
NOTE: If the navigation or the screenshot looks different from the one mentioned above , you may be in an older firmware version and would require a firmware upgrade. Please refer the link below to upgrade the firmware to latest version.
