Due to DNS failure with Split Tunnel, public Internet websites do not work with Connect Tunnel on macOS.

Note: Please keep in mind that this behaviour is unique to macOS. This problem has not been observed on Windows, ChromeOS, or iOS mobile devices.

Public Internet websites doesn't work with Connect Tunnel on macOS due to DNS failing

Follow the steps

• Login to AMC/CMS console
• Navigate to Realms
• Choose the right community
• Edit the Community
• Go to Tunnel Access
  • Redirection Mode
  • Enable Check box "Use tunnel as primary network (Mobile Connect only)"
• Save
• Apply pending changes
