Do we have an option to take Network packet capture for ETH3 management interface on AMC console ?

Question:

Do we have an option to take Network packet capture for ETH3 management (optional) interface on AMC console ?

Here is the place to capture Network capture for ETH3 interface, AMC Console- Troubleshooting-network capture-Network interfaces.

Note: By default ETH3 management interface will not be enabled, we need to enable manually using CEM values. Please get in touch with Technical support to enable ETH3 Mgmt interface in AMC console.

Answer:

Engineering team is working on it and this feature will be added in next firmware version:-10.7.2 and onwards.

As a workaround we can run the Network capure command from the CMD line (SSH session)

EX:- # tcpdump -npi eth3 host <IP Address> and port <port number> -vvvxxxs0 -w <file name to write it> amc.cap
