CSE: Domain exceptions doesn't work with ITP policy for "jko.xxx.xxl"

Cannot access specific site even after adding to global exclusion list in CSE portal Domain url is http://xxx.jxxx.mxx/,  However we've added this to domain exclusions list and still not allowing traffic.

We have tested by adding exceptions with domains and wild cards but still CSE is blocking the access with ITP policy. This category comes under Agressive.

The official fix has been pushed to production and this should be working now. We respond to certain kinds of DNS configurations required for websites hosted by the Military.

The change was deployed to production and should be visible in all versions of the app.
