Resolution
L'adresse email enregistrée pendant la création du compte MySonicWall est utilisée pour vous connecter à votre compte. Vous pouvez la changer en suivant les étapes ci-dessous:
- Rendez-vous sur www.mysonicwall.com.
- Connectez-vous à votre compte.
- Allez vers Mon Compte | Contact Info .
- Changez l'adresse email actuelle.
- Entrez votre nouvelle adresse email dans la case Verify Email.
- Appuyez Soumettre.
- Une nouvelle fenêtre apparaîtra puis appuyez Changer. Cette manipulation gênera un code de vérification envoyé à votre nouvelle adresse email. Le code sera nécessaire à la prochaine connexion à votre compte.
- Récupérez le code de vérification envoyé sur votre nouvelle adresse email.
- Connectez-vous à votre compte en utilisant votre adresse email et le mot de passe.
- Entrez le code de vérification.
