Cloud Secure Edge: The service Tunnel could not be configured, please ensure your tunnel's peer is reachable on Windows 11 with Microsoft KB5062660

With Windows 11, users try to connect Service Tunnel with Microsoft KB5062660, users get the following error “ lD not be configured, please ensure your tunnels peer is reachable” 

This KB was released a week ago and belongs to win 11 build 24H2 : https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/topic/july-22-2025-kb5062660-os-build-26100-4770-preview-9c5bc200-52b6-4c1a-be70-80df6bbfe9c3 

The service Tunnel could not be configured. Please ensure your tunnel's peer is reachable on Windows 11 with Microsoft KB5062660 when users try to connect to the service tunnel.

This issue has been indentified by engineering and fixed in upcoming Banyan app version 3.27.2 or later versions.
