CAPTURE CLIENT BASIC TO ADVANCED UPGRADE ACTIVATION

The SonicWall Customers can directly Upgrade from Capture Client Basic to Advanced by activating the purchased Advanced Activation Key on the same Capture Client Serial number.

The Customers need not wait for the Basic Services to expire in order to upgrade to Advanced on the Capture Client

1. Log onto your mysonicwall.com account.

2. Click on the Capture Client Basic Serial number>>Go to Licenses Section

As you can see, currently the Capture Client is Licensed for Basic Services till Aug 17 2023 for 5 nodes.

3. Click on Activate against Capture Client Advanced

4.Enter the activation key for the Capture Client Advanced License and Click Confirm

5. The Basic Capture Client is Upgraded to Advanced and the Service expiration dates are prorated by the System.
