Cannot access reports when managing SonicWall firewalls running SonicOS 6.2.6

GMS 8.0 / 8.1 (Analyzer 8.0 / 8.1) Database Reporting Problems when managing SonicWall firewalls running on SonicOS 6.2.6. The problem shows up as the inability to access database reports due to database corruption caused by SYSLOG anomalies in SonicOS 6.2.6.
This problem is corrected by SonicOS 6.2.6 Hotfix 176616. It is very important to install SonicOS 6.2.6 Hotfix 176616 to all SonicWall firewalls running SonicOS 6.2.6 before managing them with GMS 8.0 / 8.1 (Analyzer 8.0 / 8.1).
Note: For customers running GMS / Analyzer 7.x or earlier, it is important to upgrade to GMS / Analyzer (8.2) and upgrade all SonicWall firewalls running SonicOS 6.2.6 to SonicOS 6.2.6 Hotfix 176616 or later.

Note: SonicOS 6.2.6 Hotfix 176616 is not available on Mysonicwall.com and is only available through a Technical Service Support Request.
In situations where SonicOS 6.2.6 Hotfix 176616 has not been applied and GMS / Analyzer 8.x database corruption has occurred., open a Technical Service Support Request to get help with GMS / Analyzer 8.x database recovery.
Note: It is very important to backup GMS / Analyzer on a regular basis, which will help with database recovery when and if needed.

- GMS/Analyzer 8.1 Hotfix 176957
Note: These two GMS / Analyzer hotfixes are preventative hotfixes only , to prevent GMS 8.x database corruption related to SonicOS.6.2.6. Install SonicOS 6.2.6 Hotfix 176616 or later to fix the problem on the Sonicwall firewall.
Note: For GMS / Analyzer (8.2), only the SonicOS 6.2.6 Hotfix 176616 or later is needed on the Sonicwall firewall.
Theses GMS / Analyzer Hotfixes will prevent database corruption, only if applied before the management of SonicOS 6.2.6 firewalls.
