Description
Este artículo le muestra los pasos para aplicar la llave activation en Mysonicwall.com. Las claves de activacion son proveidas por sus vendedores de servicios cuando un servicio es adquirido.
Resolution
- Ir a www.MySonicWall.com, e ingrese a su cuenta.
- Haga click en "My Products" (Mis productos) en el lado izquierdo de la página.
- Haga click en el Número de Serie del SonicWall en que desea aplicar la licencia y este lo redigirá al 'Service Management Page' (Página de Gestión de servicios).
4. Debado de 'Applicable Services' (Servicios Aplicables) haga click en el icono con forma de llave, al lado derecho del servicio que va a ser ingresado.
5. Ingrese los 8 caracteres que forman la llave de activación en la ventana emergente llamada "Activation Key(s)" (Llaves de activación) y haga click en "Submit" (Aplicar).
6. Después de esto, el mensaje con letras verdes: "Your [Service's Name] has been activated" (Su [Nombre del Servicio] ha sido activado) se mostrará.
Completado: Su llave de activación ha sido aplicada de forma exitosa y sus servicios se deberían ver actualizados.
PRECAUCIÓN: Varias llaves de activación pueden ser aplicadas al mismo tiempo, pero favor aplique únicamente las llaves de activación propias de un servicios específica en el número de serie.
NOTA: Favor recuerde que la llave de activación es formada por 8 caracteres de números y letras y es entregada en un fomato similar a este: X1X1-2M2M.
