Enforced Client Antivirus is showing out-of-date and is not performing any updates since computers are not able to access the Internet.
Resolution or Workaround
Please perform the following steps to Uninstall and install Client AV:
a) Manually uninstall the Client AV.
b) Reboot the computer.
c) Run the MacAfee Clean up tool. Follow this link
Log into the MacAfee security center by logging into your SonicWall security appliance>Click on security services>click on client av>Click here to Manage MacAfee AV Settings, Create Reports and/or Custom Policies>Input your MySonicWall log on information (that the SonicWall in question is registered under)>Click Utilities>Migration & Optimization>Download the Clean up utility and run it
d) Reboot the computer
e) Install the Client AV in the normal fashion as described in KB article: 5604
f) If the above install fails or if the PC still does not update, please repeat steps A through D and then install using the method described in KB article: 5340
