The Auditing and Junk Box sections do not show any records after upgrading Email Security to 8.3. This issue is often happening with Internet Explorer 11. However, this can also occur with Mozilla Firefox and Google Chrome.
The cause of this issue is commonly related to the web browser configuration. Email Security web interface in 8.3 version uses a new web component (grid list) that may require a reset of browser settings.
This issue can be solved by doing a 'reset to defaults' in Google Chrome and Firefox. However, in IE11 the "Compatibility View setting" must be reviewed as well.
Please make sure that the Email Security URL is not listed in the "Compatibility View" websites and also verify that "Display intranet sites in Compatibility View" setting is unchecked if you are accessing Email Security through its private IP address or internal hostname.

Clear cache and reload user interface should display data. Ctrl+F5 loads data in new grid from Auditing and Junk Box.
