Anti Spam service not working - Email Flow blocked

When CASS Cloud Service IP address resolves as 22.214.171.124, no emails are being received. You may get an intermittent telnet response as "421 4.4.5 Service not available, too many connections".
When this IP is used, the Anti-spam | Status page may change status to Unknown.

As a workaround, please apply the following:
- Change the CASS Cloud Service Address to use the Static Address 126.96.36.199 by going to the diag page of your SonicWall (https://SonicWall_URL/diag.html):
- Enable the option "Disable SYN Flood Protection for Anti-Spam-related connections" on the DIAG page.
NOTE: This change requires a firewall restart.
CAUTION: This is only a temporary workaround until the issue is resolved.
