SentinelOne (S1): Monthly Invoicing

Description

SentinelOne MDR invoicing is conducted monthly.

  • NOAM Partners
    • We at SonicWall Managed Security Services pull numbers for invoicing on the last business day of the month.
    • The invoice will be a total of all devices belonging to our partner and the invoice will be provided on the first business day of the month.
    • This means the invoice received is based on the number of devices from the last business day of the previous month.
    • You will be invoiced for the number of Active Agents.
  • EMEA Partners
    • We at SonicWall Managed Security Services pull numbers for invoicing on/near the 25th day of the month.
      • The specific date can vary depending on holidays and weekends.
    • The invoice will be a total of all devices belonging to our partner and the invoice will be provided on the first business day of the month.
    • This means the invoice received is based on the number of devices from the last business day of the previous month.
    • You will be invoiced for the number of Active Agents.

The SentinelOne Management Console provides an easy and sufficient method to determine seat counts that are billed on a monthly basis. This can be viewed on demand and exported as a csv file as desired.

 

Obtaining a Breakdown of Devices by Site
  1. Log into the SentinelOne Console
    1. NOAM Partners: https://usea1-snwl01.sentinelone.net/login
    2. EMEA Partners: https://euce1-snwlo1.sentinelone.net
  2. Make sure you are at the Account Scope
  3. Click on the 'Settings” tab on the left.
  4. Then select the ‘Sites’ option on the top.
  5. To Export, click on the ‘Export’ button on the right.

Obtaining a Breakdown of Devices by Group for a Specific Site
  1. Log into the SentinelOne Console
    1. NOAM Partners: https://usea1-snwl01.sentinelone.net/login
    2. EMEA Partners: https://euce1-snwlo1.sentinelone.net
  2. Make sure you are at the Account Scope
  3. Click on the 'Settings” tab on the left.
  4. Then select the ‘Sites’ option on the top.
  5. Select the desired Site from the list on the left.
  6. To Export, click on the ‘Export’ button on the right.
