Übertragung von Lizenzen von einer SonicWall zu einer anderen.
In diesem Artikel wird beschrieben, wie Lizenzen zwischen SonicWalls übertragen werden können. Lizenzen, die nicht Teil eines Secure Upgrade sind, können nur vom Customer Service übertragen werden. Im Falle von Secure Upgrades und/oder RMAs werden die Lizenzen automatisch übertragen.
Resolution
1. Kontaktieren Sie Customer Service online oder unter 0800 0003 668 (Deutschland), 0800 080 016 (Österreich), 0800 562 221 (Schweiz) mit den folgenden Informationen: SonicWall Seriennummer, Aktivierungsschlüssel für den zu übertragenden Service/Lizenz oder Namen des zu übertragenden Service/Lizenz.
2. Basierend auf den allgemeinen Geschäftsbedingungen, wird Customer Service entscheiden, ob die Übertragung ausgeführt werden kann.
