Overview

SonicWall is initiating the End of Support notification for the SonicWall Gen 6 NSv Series (NSv 10, NSv 25, NSv 50, NSv 100, NSv 200, NSv 300, NSv 400, NSv 800, NSv 1600) Virtual Firewalls.  

End of Support (EOS) is an announcement indicating that we will no longer provide technical support, firmware updates/upgrades, or replacements for the product, and that all remaining unique inventory or materials will become unavailable. Post Apr 16, 2026, we may continue to offer security service subscriptions during the End of Support phase, but we will no longer provide technical support for the product or any security service. 

Gen 6 NSv Series (NSv 10, NSv 25, NSv 50, NSv 100, NSv 200, NSv 300, NSv 400, NSv 800, NSv 1600) firewalls are eligible for upgrade to Gen 7 & Gen8 NSv through the SonicWall Secure Upgrade Plus program.

When will these changes take effect? 

End of support for the Gen 6 NSv Series will take effect on April 16, 2026.
