Email Security: How to download the Outlook Junk Tool?
Resolution
The SonicWall Email Security comes with Outlook Junk button that allows user to install junk button on their outlook client. The button allows user to junk missed spam emails. The junked emails will be moved to the deleted folder and thumbprint is submitted to Sonicwall for an update.
To download the Outlook Junk Tool, user should log into the SonicWall Email Security GUI and go to Manage | Downloads . Click on the link for SonicWall junk button for Outlook to download the Outlook Junk Tool.
Once installed open Outlook and click Add-ins to access the Junk Tool:
