Anti-spam Junk Box View Page Error

The following error message might be received when trying to view the Anti-spam Junk Box and Junk Box settings


 
Check that there is no other application on the server which is using Apache/ Tomcat 6.0.  If another application is detected, which uses Apache/Tomcat 6.0, then this may cause a conflict and can prevent the Junk Store from running.

Resolution:  Install the junk store on another server which is not using Apache/Tomcat 6.0
