Peter Burke

Peter Burke is the Chief Product Officer at SonicWall, where he leads the global product development organization to deliver innovative, cloud-based security solutions. His work focuses on advancing SonicWall’s product portfolio with a strategic emphasis on cloud-native security, partner value and operational excellence.

Under Peter’s leadership, SonicWall has transformed its product development operations and expanded its SaaS offerings. His leadership has been key in driving the adoption of AI across development processes, strengthening SonicWall’s cloud-based security capabilities and ensuring consistent product innovation.

Peter has significantly enhanced SonicWall’s ability to deliver high-quality security solutions at scale by infusing cloud-native expertise, automating quality assurance processes and building next-generation management platforms.

Before joining SonicWall, Peter held leadership roles at Ping Identity, Neustar, InQuira and Ceon. He holds a bachelor’s degree in computer science and microprocessor systems, as well as a doctorate in computer science with an emphasis on artificial intelligence from the University of Strathclyde, Glasgow.
