Jeff Dolce

Jeff Dolce serves as the Chief Financial Officer at SonicWall, where he leads the company’s global finance organization. His responsibilities span financial planning and analysis, accounting, tax, treasury, investor relations, corporate development and operations including supply chain management. Jeff plays a pivotal role in supporting SonicWall’s strategic growth initiatives and is deeply engaged in building partnerships that drive value for SonicWall’s customers and partners.

Since taking on the CFO role in October 2021, Jeff has been instrumental in driving meaningful improvements across all aspects of the business. His leadership has supported strong top-line growth, enhanced profitability and a significant shift toward recurring revenue models. Jeff has led the expansion of SonicWall’s flexible business models to better serve MSPs with monthly billing options, while also strengthening relationships with external investors and improving working capital through operational efficiencies.

Jeff’s impact extends across the company, where his collaborative approach has aligned financial strategy with SonicWall’s partner-first go-to-market motion. His work has ensured that financial planning, operational execution and customer-centric growth remain tightly integrated, supporting SonicWall’s transformation into a modern cybersecurity leader.

Jeff joined SonicWall in 2015 when the company was owned by Dell Technologies. Prior to SonicWall, he spent 16 years at Dell in financial leadership roles spanning corporate finance, product management, services, and sales and marketing. He began his career with Deloitte & Touche. Jeff holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas at Austin and is a certified public accountant.
