SMA/SRA Troubleshooting: SSHv2 bookmark is launched unsuccessfully with "websocket connection error"

The following error appears in the remote web browser when trying to launch the SSHv2 bookmark on SRA appliance.

This issue is related to the firewall appliance in front of the SRA rather than SRA itself. On the firewall, Access Rule should be added if SRA and SSH server are located in different zone. In this case, SRA 4600 is located in DMZ while SSH server located in LAN zone.

Step 1: Login to the SonicWall Management GUI.

Step 2: Navigate to Firewall > Access Rules, select Matrix and then click on DMZ-LAN arrow, create the following access rule entry and click OK.
