NetExtender shows Error:"Cannot access appliance for security. Please contact administrator"

Netextender is shows an an error message like if the "Domain" is entered using improper case letters.

Make sure the users are entering the domain name properly. The domain name is case sensitive.

Eg; if the domain is "SonicWall" , make sure the user does not enter "sonicwall" (upper case 'S' and 'W').
