SRA/SMA: How to enable and export debug logs from SRA

Resolution

1. In order to enable debug logs on the SRA please go to Log | Settings and change the 'Log' level to 'Debug', afterwards press 'Accept' button.

 

 

2. Go to Log | View and clear log with 'clear log' button.

 

 

3. Reproduce the issue

4. After the issue has been reproduced go to Log | View and press export logs.
