Description
This article explains how to clear the Tomcat/Apache Cache for the Web Server of GMS/Analyzer when seeing possible display issues or slowness in response of the WebUI.
Resolution
- Log in to the System Interface at http://IPaddress/appliance.
- After authentication, change the URL to http://IPaddress/appliance/techSupport.html.
- Read the warning, then clickAccept button:Click Clear Cache button.
- Then click the Home button in the upper right of the page.
- Next, go to Deployment | Services and check the box for SonicWall Universal Management Suite - Web Server then hit Restart.
