EX SSL-VPN: End Point Control and Google Chrome

Question:

My end users access the workplace via chrome browser are not able to complete end point control and match device profiles and are placed in default zone.

Resolution/Workaround:

Google chrome is not supported browser for aventail components including end point control verification. Supported browsers are listed in the administrators guide under system requirements and are has follows Internet Explorer 8.0/7.0 (32-bit only) Mozilla Firefox 3.5. An enhancement has been submitted to product management for adding Google Chrome.

Caveat – If you do not control the end users PC, make sure the end point control default zone is set for block all vpn access.
