Leading by Example: Osca St. Marthe Named a 2025 Inclusive Channel Leader

by Jordan Riddles

A well-earned recognition for a leader who's shaping teams, strategy and a more inclusive channel.

We’re excited to share that Osca St. Marthe, SonicWall’s Global Executive VP | Solution Engineers & Sales and Partner Enablement, has been named to CRN’s 2025 Inclusive Channel Leaders list.

Each year, CRN highlights channel executives who are helping build more inclusive, equitable teams and making space for a wider range of voices across the tech industry. It’s a great reminder that technical excellence and people-first leadership don’t have to be separate, and if you’ve worked with Osca, you’ve seen firsthand how naturally he brings both.

Leading With Vision, Grounded in People

With more than 20 years of global cybersecurity leadership under his belt, including time at SonicWall, McAfee and beyond, Osca has seen the industry evolve from every angle. Through it all, he’s stayed focused on what actually drives outcomes: great people, strong teams and a clear understanding of what customers really need.

That people-first approach shows up in the way he builds teams. Osca helped rework SonicWall’s global pre-sales job profiles to make them more inclusive, ensuring that recruitment practices reflect the diversity we want to see in the field. He also created a new hire onboarding program in EMEA that’s now used across all regions, giving every new team member, regardless of background or location, the tools to succeed from day one.

At SonicWall, Osca leads global technical strategy and enablement across all regions and segments. He works closely with sales, product and marketing teams to make sure we’re not just selling solutions—we’re solving problems. His approach to coaching, performance development and enablement helps raise the bar across the board, not just inside SonicWall, but throughout our partner community as well.

A Trusted Voice in the Channel

Osca is also an advocate for mentorship and representation. He works closely with our Women in Technology (WIT) group and actively mentors individuals from underrepresented backgrounds—many of whom are now stepping into leadership roles across the company.

He’s a regular voice at partner events, where he presents on roadmap direction, MSSP strategy and channel growth. Whether he’s helping shape demo best practices or jumping in to support a big opportunity, Osca brings clarity, care and a collaborative spirit to everything he touches. This recognition from CRN feels right and well-earned. We’re proud to see Osca’s leadership highlighted on a national stage, and we’re even more proud to have Osca be a part of our team. Congrats, Os!
