This article explains how to refresh the Product list, if suppose the newly registered or transferred products does not appear in the 'Products' page of the mysonicwall.com account.
Follow the steps to refresh the `Products` page to view the device after transfer/registration.
1. Login to the Mysonicwall account.
2. Navigate to ‘Products’ under My Workspace.

3. Once you are on the `Products` page, click on the refresh icon to view the device after transfer/registration. Make sure the option `All tenants` selected in the drop-down list.

Now the device will appear under the Product list.
