How to disable Auto-Renewals under MSSP monthly?

This article provides step-by-step instructions on how to edit MSSP Monthly license provisioning to disable Auto-Renewals.

Resolution

Login to mysonicwall account and perform the steps as below :

  • First, select your "Monthly Billing" --> "Monthly Products" page

  • Once on the MSSP TENANT MANAGEMENT page, find the product you wish to edit. You can then select the "Edit Product Provisioning" option under the "More Actions" icon.

  • Once selected, the "Edit Product" page will be displayed. If your product is set to never expire, the page should look similar to this:

  •      Change the "Expiry Date" setting from "Never" to "Set Expiry Date". You will then be prompted to choose your desired expiration date for the selected service:

  •      After selecting the desired End-Date, click on "Provision". After this date, the Product will remain in your MSSP Monthly portal, but the services will expire and not be renewed unless you choose to re-activate.

        NOTE: By removing the Product from MSSP Monthly management, all MSSP licensing will be canceled immediately, and it will be removed from the MSSP Portal. The Product will remain on your My SonicWall Product list and can be licensed normally through annual Service Subscriptions as needed.
