Please follow the below steps to purchase the support reinstatement for a product.
NOTE: If the product has active support service, then the support reinstatement license will not reflect under the buy option. In this case customer must contact our sales team to purchase the support reinstatement license. This may occur if a key is applied and services are backdated to cover lapsed support.
