How to acquire SMA appliance on GMS When device not added

Resolution

  1. When we get error as Unit added as manual address mode. Global management system will attempt acquisition immediately and Perform unit acquisition Image
  2. Select SSlvpn instead of firewall under device manager

  3.  Enable SMA under Console>Management>Settings

  4. Reboot GMS server
