To configure UDP Flood Protection
Navigate to Network > Firewall > Flood Protection and select the UDP tab.
In the UDP FLOOD PROTECTION section, select Enable UDP Flood Protection.
This option must be enabled to activate the other UDP Flood Protection options.
Click Accept.
Due to the nature of the large UDP packets used for voice and video, traffic for some collaboration products, such as Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and so forth, might be considered a UDP flood and could be dropped after configuring UDP flood protection. If you experience this, exclude traffic for those applications by following the steps in Microsoft Teams Randomly Dropping (Video Conferencing Applications)
