Overview

SonicWall is initiating the End of Support notification for the SonicWall SOHO, SOHOW, TZ 300, NSa 9250, NSa 9450, and NSa 9650 firewall appliances.

End of Support (EOS) is an announcement to indicate that we will no longer provide technical support, firmware updates/upgrades, or hardware replacement for the product, and that all remaining unique inventory or materials will become unavailable. Post April 16, 2026, we may continue to offer security service subscriptions during the EOS phase, but we will no longer provide technical support for the product or any security services.

SOHO, SOHOW, and TZ 300P firewalls are eligible for an upgrade to the Gen8 TZ series through the SonicWall Secure Upgrade Plus program.
