Unable to download Cloud backups from SonicOS

Description

During recent maintenance on MySonicWall, cloud backups temporarily disappeared from both devices and user accounts. The issue has since been resolved, and all core functions—upload, download, list, update, and delete—are now fully operational in MySonicWall.

However, the same actions are not available through SonicOS at this time. Local on-box backups remain unaffected. Until further notice, administrators should use MySonicWall to retrieve these files.
