This article describes how our partners can provision Capture Client tenants so that data is stored & processed and regulation/compliance risks are minimized.
A Capture Client tenant can be provisioned in one of the following regions (also called Data Center):
When provisioned, all endpoint & threat data related to that tenant is stored in the Capture Client management console (and a corresponding SentinelOne management console) in the selected region. Endpoints managed via the North America region will use the Capture ATP Service hosted in San Jose, United States, and those managed via the Europe region will use the Capture ATP Service hosted in Frankfurt, Germany (if Capture ATP submission is enabled via policy settings)
When activating a new Capture Client subscription in MySonicWall (using activation keys, Flexspend, MSSP Monthly or Trials), a region (also called Data Center) can now be selected to provision the tenant:
When navigating directly to the Capture Client management console to manage your tenants, ensure that you login to the correct one based on where you provisioned your tenant:
When using Capture Security Center to manage your tenants, if you click on the Capture Client tile it will auto-redirect your browser to the appropriate management console based on where you provisioned it.
