SMA 100: How to automatically export settings and TSR to FTP server

This article covers how to automatically export settings and TSR to FTP server. The ability to automatically export settings (upon firmware upgrade) and TSR reports (upon generation) to an FTP server was added starting with firmware 8.5.

To configure FTP settings, Navigate to  System | Administration| External FTP/TFTP server



Setting can be automatically sent to FTP server when the firmware is upgraded. You can enable this option under System | Settings:





Tech Support Report (TSR) can also be sent to FTP server when the SMA is restarted. This option can be enabled under System | Diagnostics:

NOTE: IN order for scheduled TSR to be sent to FTP server, scheduled TSR generation has to be enabled on the /diag page in order to be reflected under the System | Diagnostics section.
