Analyzing Events

A very helpful way to deep dive and view logs/alerts for your customers is by using the "Analysis" tab. With this feature you are able to filter alerts information by Customer, Users, Application and Events in a specific time frame.  

To analyze events:

  1. Head over to the "Analysis" tab
  2. Pick a date range to analyze (required)
  3. Set your filters and your event parameters to report.
    1. Use the ‘Filter Product(s)’ field to narrow your search based on product
    2. Filter Customer(s)/Partner allows you to narrow down to a specific customers logs.
    3. 'Filter Account(s)' allows you to type in and narrow down to a specific user
  4. Click on "Run Report"
