NSM On-Prem: How to collect System Logs

Description

System Logs are useful when troubleshooting some issues. It is only available in Safemode. This KB shows the steps on how to collect them. 

Resolution

  • In NSM, go to System/Settings/Reboot/, click on "Safemode Reboot":
  • Wait until NSM is up (~5 minutes), browse the website, need Maintenance Key:
  • Log into mysonicwall,.com find this device, copy Maintenance Key:
  • Now you can log into Safe Mode:
  • Navigate to Diagnostics, download System Logs:
