Description

Incorrect UTC Time Display on UTM Dashboard, even when the "Display UTC in logs" setting under System->Time is turned off, causing a mismatch between configured preferences and dashboard time display.

Cause

UTC display behavior is influenced by two configuration settings: the "Display UTC in logs" option, which controls whether logs and reports use UTC or local time, and the "Management using GMS/NSM" setting, which, when enabled, overrides local time preferences and enforces UTC display across the dashboard interface for centralized management consistency.

Resolution

To ensure that time is displayed in local time across both the dashboard and logs, it is necessary to disable both the "Display UTC in logs" under TIME settings and the "Management using GMS/NSM" option [Please see image as shown below].

NOTE: Disabling both ensures that the system does not default to UTC due to either logging preferences or centralized management configurations.
