How to upgrade GMS/Analytics On-Prem firmware

Like all software applications, Global Management Systems (GMS) must remain current with the corresponding firmware version to optimize performance and access the most recent enhancements. Follow this guide to keep your system up-to-date

1. Navigate to your MySonicWall account | Download Center | By Product Line | Click on the Cloud GMS Documentation and select the GMS option (Choosing the option depending if you are using Virtual Apliance or Windows deployment)

2. Select the desired firmware version and use the download button

3. Navigate to ip_of_the_gms/appliance | System | Settings

4. Click on the "Choose File" option, select the firmware downloaded from MySonicWall

5.Click on the Apply
