SonicWall will periodically email partners and customers alerts, notifications, product updates, event info, industry news, and more. These emails are to help our customers stay informed about recent news including security updates.
When a new partner or customer joins SonicWall we will start sending these emails automatically. Should a customer decide not to receive these emails there is an unsubscribe link at the bottom of each email which provides the ability to customize the frequency or type of communication. A global opt-out is also available. Depending on the type of emails received customers may be required to opt-out of two independent email platforms.
In general, emails that come from "hello@sonicwall.com" and "partners@sonicwall.com" will have an unsubscribe link at the bottom of the page. These emails come from our Marketing team and includes content such as:
Emails that come from "donotreply-{notification type}@sonicwall.com" or that contain a header titled "MySonicWall Notification" also have an unsubscribe link at the bottom of the page and are sent from MySonicWall.com. Notifications from MySonicWall include:
Opting out of one platform (for example MySonicWall emails) does not automatically opt-out a customer from the other platform (for example Marketing emails).
