How to create an address object with a CIDR prefix

Resolution for SonicOS 7.X

This release includes significant user interface changes and many new features that are different from the SonicOS 6.5 and earlier firmware. The below resolution is for customers using SonicOS 7.X firmware.

1. To add an address object go to OBJECT |Addresses | Address Objects
   
   
   
   
2. Click on Add
   
   
3. Add the details and the prefix in the format as seen below
   
   
   
   
4. Click on Save
   
   The address object will be created with the relevant subnet mask
