Capture client status error "ne_cf_not_active,ne_not_running"

In macOS, after installing the Capture client, the device status is showing SentinelOne in red colour and the pending action shows "ne_cf_not_active,ne_not_running".

• The "ne" indicates network extension of SentinelOne.
• In the mac, we need to allow the SentinelOne extension.
• Since the SentinelOne extension is not allowed, the sentinelOne is showing as red and pending actions shows "ne_cf_not_active,ne_not_running".
• To resolve the issue, in the mac device.
• In MAC device navigate to Settings | Privacy and Security.
• Click on allow SentinelOne extension as shown below.
• 
• Reboot the end point.
• The SentinelOne status should show online.
